We currently ship within the UK.

•Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within3 Business days after payment confirmation.
•Custom Orders (if applicable): Custom or personalized candle orders may require additional processing time depending on the order, customisation and size. We will discuss this with you in advance of your order.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and order weight. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Orders over £60 will get free shipping.
5. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). This allows you to monitor your package's journey.
